Crystal Hold privacy policy

This policy explains what data the game Crystal Hold ("the game") uses. The game is made by MyNexlify GameForge, a label of Largo Web&Tech Solutions.

Who is responsible

What the game stores itself

• Game progress is saved on your device. Your heroes, items, shards and settings are kept in the app's storage on your phone. We do not receive, sell or share this data.
• Optional cloud save. If you are signed in to Google Play Games, the game also keeps a copy of your progress in your Play Games account (Google's "saved games"), so it survives a reinstall or a new phone. Google Play Games also processes your gamer profile and diagnostic data. You can delete this data in your Play Games profile.
• No account of ours. The game has no login of its own and does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, location or photos.
• No analytics by us. We do not run our own tracking or analytics.

Ads

The game can show optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. An ad plays only when you tap for it. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising ID and app set ID, your approximate location derived from your IP address, interactions with ads, and diagnostic data. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time in the game's settings (the "Privacy choices" button).

You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings, Privacy, Ads).

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and restore them. RevenueCat processes an app user ID and your purchase history. When you are signed in to Google Play Games, that user ID is your Play Games player ID, so your purchases can be restored on a new phone; otherwise it is a random ID for this installation.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, for example under the GDPR or the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Because the game does not send personal data about you to us, most requests concern the services named above; write to Mynexlifyapp@outlook.com and we will help. You can also complain to a data protection authority, in Austria the Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at).

Changes

We update this policy when the game changes and show the date at the top.
